1. Data Controller Information

MonolithSignalForge ("Controller"), registered at Birger Jarlsgatan 32, 114 28 Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Collection & Processing

We collect and process personal data solely for the purpose of executing requested services and maintaining operational integrity. The categories of data processed include:

  • Contact identifiers (name, email address, telephone number)
  • Project specifications and communication content
  • Technical metadata (IP addresses, browser characteristics, access timestamps)
  • Payment information (processed via encrypted third-party processors)

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is conducted under the following legal bases as defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Article 6(1)(b) - Performance of a contract
  • Article 6(1)(f) - Legitimate interests in service delivery and security
  • Article 6(1)(a) - Explicit consent for marketing communications

4. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Project-related data is retained for 5 years following contract completion. Marketing consent data is retained until withdrawal of consent.

COOKIE_MATRIX

1. Cookie Classification

This system utilizes the following categories of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for core system functionality. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymized usage data to improve service quality. Optional.
  • Preference Cookies: Store user interface preferences. Optional.

2. Essential Cookie Inventory

msf_session: Maintains session state (Duration: Session)

msf_cookie_consent: Stores cookie preference selection (Duration: 12 months)

msf_csrf: Cross-site request forgery protection (Duration: Session)

3. Third-Party Cookies

Analytics services may set cookies for performance monitoring. These services operate under their own privacy policies and are subject to EU-US Data Privacy Framework compliance.

REFUND_VECTOR

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Service not delivered as specified in the contractual agreement
  • Material defects in deliverables not remediated within agreed timeframes
  • Cancellation initiated prior to commencement of work (within 48 hours of contract execution)

2. Milestone-Based Refunds

For project engagements structured around milestones, refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed and paid milestones. Completed milestones are non-refundable. Pending milestones may be cancelled with 14 days written notice.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, submit a written notice to [email protected] including:

  • Contract or project reference number
  • Description of the issue necessitating the refund
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

4. Processing Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. International transfers may require additional processing time.

5. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Services fully delivered and accepted in writing
  • Custom development work completed to specification
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client

TERMS_OF_ENGAGE

1. Service Agreement

By engaging MonolithSignalForge ("Provider") for services, the client ("Client") agrees to these Terms of Service. All services are provided by MonolithSignalForge, registered at Birger Jarlsgatan 32, 114 28 Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Scope of Services

Services are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work. The Provider reserves the right to adjust timelines and resource allocation based on technical requirements discovered during project execution.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
  • Services may be suspended for invoices outstanding beyond 30 days
  • All prices exclude applicable VAT (25% Swedish VAT for EU clients without valid VAT ID)

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to all deliverables. The Provider retains the right to use anonymized project data for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the applicable contract. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is permitted for material breach. Upon termination, the Client pays for all work completed to date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved through the Stockholm District Court.

9. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days notice. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
